What to expect in 2010!
Perpetually trying to improve the course has paid off. The 2010 course will be just like the 2009 course…an out and back swim loop, the same challenging bike loop and double loop run.
We are going to increase the number of swim waves, so there are fewer numbers in each wave. There will be 3 minutes in between each wave.
We will have the same great support on the course from the Warren County Sheriff’s office, New York State Police and our awesome volunteers.
Sell out?
Last year the race sold out. Race closes out at 500 individuals. Teams will closeout at 50. Sign up early.
Refund Policy :
The Lake George Triathlon will offer refunds for medical injury/event only. The organizers will issue a refund less a $25 processing fee for valid medical injuries/events only. Physician verification of reason must be provided and approved prior to refund. DEADLINE FOR REFUND REQUEST IS JULY 15, 2010.
REFUND REQUESTS received after July 16, 2010 will be eligible for rollover to the 2011 event only.
Determination of validity of all refund requests is at the discretion of the race directors.

Book your hotel rooms early, as the weekend in Lake George is going to be busy. There is also a jazz festival going on this weekend (http://www.lakegeorgearts.org/lakegeorge-jazz.htm).
Packet Pickup – The Wingate. The Wingate is located along the run course and is just off of Exit 21. Actually, everything in Lake George is just off of Exit 21 or 22. For more details about packet pickup please see Schedule link (left).

We are keeping the Club Competition. If your club is a USAT registered club and you have 5 teammates competing in the race with at least 1 female athlete and 1 athlete over the age of 40 (can be the same), you are eligible for the competition. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 clubs represented…
